What we found
No imminent electrical faults. All critical issues are mechanical/hydraulic: active cavitation on 3 pumps, bearing signature present across nearly the entire fleet. One pump running continuously at 59% of BEP — clear sign of oversizing. One urgent case: motor at 110% of nameplate load.
What the client did
Prioritised intervention plan: planned shutdown on the overloaded pump, targeted inspection where cavitation is active, impeller trimming where the pump is oversized. Repeat measurements at 6 months to distinguish real degradation from off-BEP operating signature.

What we found
One-day audit: AMT Pro electrical signature + thermography for dual evidence of incipient faults. Detected degraded bearings, imbalances and coupling issues on multiple machines. Thermography confirmed the thermal anomalies on components already identified electrically.
