What we found
No imminent electrical fault. Mechanical-hydraulic issues: active cavitation on 3 pumps, bearing signature on almost the entire fleet. One pump at 59% of BEP — clear oversizing. One urgent case: motor running at 110% of nameplate load.
Action plan
Planned shutdown on the overloaded pump. Targeted inspection at sites with active cavitation. Impeller trim where the pump is oversized. Repeat measurements at 6 months to verify trend.
